1 cup chicken stock or broth
1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
1 bay leaf
Instructions: In a large saucepan over medium heat, cook the sausage, onion, carrots, celery and garlic until the sausage is no longer pink. Drain any excess grease. Add the tomatoes, tomato paste, chicken stock or broth, thyme leaves and bay leaf. Simmer for 30 minutes or until the vegetables are tender. Discard the bay leaf before serving. Enjoy!
